Project Management Office (PMO) Services

TMG’s Project Managers focus on representing our clients’ best interests in the delivery of successful projects. We align our approach to become an integral part of your governance model; if you don’t already have a governance model, we can help you build one that best fits your organization. Think of our Project Managers as the traffic cops of the project: directing teams, enforcing contractual obligations, and providing clear and timely communication, all in the interest of keeping the project moving towards a successful and timely completion. TMG’s Project Managers understand the complex integrations required between large-scale utility applications and the impact to the business based on tactical and strategic decisions made during the implementation.
