TMG Consulting Announces New President & Chief Operating Officer

Austin, Texas — 23 May 2019—TMG Consulting announced that Pam Glanvill will be taking on the role of President, and RJ Kumar will serve as the Chief Operating Officer. With the recent acquisition of Enterprise Solutions Consulting, LLC, TMG has experienced rapid business growth requiring these essential new leadership roles within the company.

Glanvill has served as the Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President, leading TMG Consulting’s client-side support practice for the past three years. Her career success is recognized throughout the industry—working in the IT industry in South Africa and the United States for over thirty years, specifically focusing on the utility and revenue verticals for the last twenty-one years. As President of TMG, she will oversee the strategic planning, growth and success of the entire organization. “Pam’s leadership in this critical role will ensure our stability and success as we expand services and business relations,” stated Mario Bauer, CEO for TMG.

A founder of Enterprise Solutions Consulting, LLC (ESC), Kumar served as its President and CEO for the past ten years. Prior to ESC, Kumar held executive roles at Deloitte Consulting, KPMG and Ciber. Over the last seventeen years, Kumar has been an industry frontrunner in successfully leading utilities systems implementations and managed services. He will be assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer for TMG, overseeing new services, as well as the growth of revenue and operations. “Mr. Kumar’s eMr. Kumar’s expertise, combined with his experience in spearheading global development and delivery capabilities, will be a welcomed addition to TMG Consulting,” added Bauer.
