TMG Consulting Announces New Chief Customer Officer, Bill Fenstermaker, Chief Customer Officer

Austin, Texas — 15 July, 2019—TMG Consulting announced that Bill Fenstermaker has joined the firm and will be taking on the newly-created leadership role of Chief Customer Officer.

Bill is a credentialed, highly-accomplished senior business and technology executive with a 30-year diversified career spanning multiple customer-oriented industries including, Energy & Utilities, Communications, and Financial Services. His track record of accomplishment includes developing strategic sales and durable customer relationships for consulting services, software and technology solutions, and long-term outsourcing partnerships with clients.

Bill is a purpose-driven, highly regarded industry executive who is known in Utilities circles for his customer advocacy, results orientation and a relentless focus on detail for positive outcomes. He holds a BA from Union College, a master’s degree from NYU, and an MBA from ASU-Thunderbird in International Management and Entrepreneurship. A 28-year resident of Colorado, Bill is an avid mountain biker, hiker, guitar player, and plays 2 nights a week on 2 different men’s competitive ice hockey teams.

For TMG, Bill will be charged with customer advocacy, sales and marketing for the firm globally—including developing and enhancing customer relationships, selling and promoting services and solutions, working as a key part of TMG’s Leadership Team on strategic matters, and developing team members while growing the TMG brand. “Bill’s stellar reputation in our space as well as his diversified experience across all sizes of companies and customers brings exceptional capabilities to the TMG Leadership Team. Bill’s leadership and drive in this important role will strengthen TMG’s brand and will be a critical pillar of the firm’s foundation as we expand our reach and presence in North America and globally.
