TMG’s Jennifer Baldwin, Director of PMO took part in the 2019 Man and Woman of the Year Gala for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Washington DC. Along with her friend Rob Williams and their team, they helped to raise almost $70,000.
“This year a close family friend of mine, Rob Williams was one of the selected candidates raising money. Rob worked tirelessly over the last 2 months and he and his team (which I was a part of) raised almost $70,000 in a short period of time. It was an incredible event and I was proud to be a part of it and help Rob,” Jennifer Baldwin, TMG.
Rob became involved in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society back in 2007 after a good friend of his had lost her father to Leukemia. Having been impacted by Pediatric Leukemia in his own life, Rob committed to help and is continuing to “Fight the Fight” against cancer.
The 2019 LLS Man & Woman of the Year event raised a total of $2,784,420.62. We salute the stars among us like Jennifer at TMG, and all those who are working to better this world and help their communities—we are one team, one community, and one world.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Man & Woman of the Year is a philanthropic competition to support blood cancer research among a group of motivated and dedicated individuals in communities across the United States. Candidates form powerful fundraising teams and compete in honor of two local children who are blood cancer survivors.
The man and woman who have raised the most funds during the ten-week campaign are awarded the prestigious title of Man or Woman of the Year in their community. The man and woman who have raised the most across the entire US will be recognized as the national Man and Woman of the Year.
