NWC Jamaica – Soaring into the Cloud

National Water Commission (NWC) has been a Hansen customer since 2007 and provides essential water and wastewater services to its more than 400,000 registered accounts representing about 2 million persons across Jamaica. NWC recently upgraded to the Hansen CIS cloud solution – during the project, Hansen transitioned NWC to a cloud-based architecture on AWS – aligning this critical infrastructure upgrade with NWC’s larger digital-transformation journey. NWC’s key priorities were to modernize their infrastructure towards long-term digital capabilities; improve process to provide best-in-class Customer Service; create better Reporting to manage Operations; address Security vulnerabilities; and transform to a Cloud architecture.
