CIS Technical Architect & Designer
Position Location–Canada
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building the Oracle Customer to Meter C2M Environments and managing Oracle Fusion Middleware Environments.
- To know C2M Integrations with Oracle MDM, MWM, WAM.
- Developing and Administering Oracle smart grid gateway SGG Adapters and Integrations.
- Responsible for End-to-End Installation setups, configurations, customization, Infrastructure designing, managing Oracle databases, Oracle CCB code and configuration migrations.
- Responsible for Oracle WebLogic patching and upgrades.
- Oracle Database/Application migrations from lower-level Environment to higher level Environments.
- Responsible for integration to the Oracle Utility Cloud solution (CCS), ensuring the solution is tuned and performing to customer requirements.
- Define and maintain environment management plan for implementation and managed services environments.
- Apply environment and application patches and migrate code/configuration packages based on the need for upgrades and enhancements.
- Must have demonstrable knowledge, proficiency, experience, and skills with the following:
- UNIX or LINUX.
- Oracle SQL Developer, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Oracle Database.
- Any of the Batch control tools – Control M, UC4, and Broadcom Automic.
- App dynamics or any other Application monitoring tools.
- Ticketing tools like service now.

Required/Desirable Skills and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or any other IT or Engineering-related field of study.

CIS Functional Architect & Designer
Position Location–Canada
TMG is seeking an Oracle CIS Functional Architect to provide functional leadership on Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing multi-product implementations. You will facilitate workshops with multiple levels of client management and subject matter experts to deliver a clear specification of the customer’s business requirements and data-supported solutions. You will create and communicate implementable and cost-effective designs to our clients and executives while relaying value-added benefits and associated Return on Investment (ROI). You are capable of providing leadership, guidance, and recommendations that help clients solve both short-term and long-term business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead functional and technical team members across Business Process Design, Solution Design, and Integration
- Analyzes functional requirements and defines solution parameters and specifications.
- Leads the solution design process. Facilitates design workshops.
- Designing and implement solutions for the utility industry using Oracle CCS and Oracle CC&B
- Driving the client to a recommended solution and owning the delivery of the solution
- Providing leadership to both the client and project team
Required/Desirable Skills and Certifications:
- C2M, CC&B, and/or CCS lead architect experience on at least two implementations
- Designer or Functional Architect experience with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
- 7+years overall relevant experience, including 5+ years in consulting or services
Successful full lifecycle implementation experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Oracle CC&B, C2M, or CCS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with functional testing for Oracle CC&B, C2M, or CCS applications
- C2M, CCS, or CC&B Implementation Specialist certification (desirable, but not required)

Project Manager
Position Location–Canada
The Project Manager will ensure that all aspects of the project are planned and executed in a manner that will lead to meeting the implementation objectives within the established time frame and budget and to a high degree of customer satisfaction. The Project Manager is also responsible for project profitability and achieving defined financial objectives.
- Manage complex technology-centric utility projects and be accountable for their delivery.
- Managed all project constraints (Scope, Schedule, Budget, Risk, and Quality) to ensure project delivery meets client objectives.
- Manage complex budgets and resources in accordance to project schedule.
- Provide consulting and guidance to clients in project governance and Project Management Office operations.
- Provide project reporting to client management and TMG Management per defined project governance model.
- Work with all stakeholders towards continual improvement of the TMG project management practice.
- Take responsibility and drive initiatives for improvement.
- Develop and deliver executive-level status reports to the customer.
- Lead and motivate a project team towards accomplishing their work effectively.
- Work closely with the Customer to ensure successful completion of the implementation.
- Develop and execute the project plan, project schedule, and monitor progress.
- Keep peers and TMG Management updated on client status, proactively identifying and resolving, or escalating as appropriate, issues that might impact project success or client satisfaction.
- Consistently manage client expectations and ensure delivery of highest quality service.
- Approval or routing of project-level expenses.
- Provide timely and accurate input for resource and revenue forecasting activities.
- Ensure the technical and application consulting team members are appropriately tasked for successful execution of the established project plan.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify and measure results. Capture and apply lessons learned for continuous process improvement.
- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service.
- Prioritize and plan work activities of team members; sets goals and objectives and develop realistic action plans.
- Identify and support new business opportunities when possible.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendor.
Required and desirable skills/certifications:
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 8 years experience in the field of project management.
- Experience with projects in the Utilities sector and understanding of standard utility business processes.
- Experience with the Oracle Utilities Solution Suite preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- PMP Certification is desired but not required.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint.
Specific location/travel requirements: Up to 75% but dependent on project needs.
