Chief Executive Officer
Mario Bauer, CEO of TMG Consulting, has worked with more than 40 utilities in North America in a wide range of consulting assignments including: business and Information Systems (IS) strategies, effectiveness and efficiency studies, and business case development. Additionally, he has developed budget estimates and risk plans for the largest CIS implementations in North America, and performed QA and oversight services for several CIS implementations. Recognized as a CIS procurement expert, Bauer has developed and implemented procurement strategies and practices which are now used as the industry standard. Prior to leading TMG Consulting, Bauer held positions at Colorado Springs Utilities, UMS Group, Bearing Point and Five Point Partners.
Pam Glanvill, President, leads the firm’s professional services. Glanvill has had a long and successful career guiding and implementing mission critical applications. She has worked in the IT industry in South Africa and the United States for over thirty years, specifically focusing on the utility and revenue verticals for the last twenty-one years. Based in Chicago, Illinois, she is recognized as an expert in meter-to-cash solution implementations and application sustainability. She provides leadership and direction to establish long-term relationships with utilities that bring value and deliver results, actively participating in positively changing the way utility clients do business. Among her successes, Glanvill has led companies, teams and individuals through large and complex projects. This included pioneering private cloud self-service offering, a variety of first-to-market applications implementations and significant revenue recovery initiatives.
Executive Vice President & Founder
Greg Galluzzi, EVP of TMG Consulting, originally founded TMG in 1992 and has worked in the utility industry for 40 years. He has participated in hundreds of projects for all types of utilities and all sizes across the US and Canada. He is responsible for developing strategic application plans, solution procurements, and implementation quality assurance projects targeting the digital utility, customer transformation, and cloud based solutions. In addition, he is responsible for TMG’s industry leading project pricing and metric database.
Chief Customer Officer
Bill is charged with customer advocacy, sales and marketing for the firm globally at TMG—including developing and enhancing customer relationships, selling and promoting services and solutions, working as a key part of TMG’s Leadership Team on strategic matters, and developing team members while growing the TMG brand. Based in Colorado, Fenstermaker is a credentialed, highly-accomplished senior business and technology executive with a 30-year diversified career spanning multiple customer-oriented industries including, Energy & Utilities, Communications, and Financial Services. His track record of accomplishment includes developing strategic sales and durable customer relationships for consulting services, software and technology solutions, and long-term outsourcing partnerships with clients.
